Haiku
Haikus always have a 5, 7, 5 syllable pattern. Haikus have three lines. The haiku you will be reading will be about Spring.
April and May
Bunnies are hopping
and looking for grass to eat.
Crickets are chirping.
One day, there was a bunny in our yard. It was in Spring 2020 on Fletcher Avenue. The bunny was small and hungry, but all it was eating was grass. It was all alone and okay. Baby bunnies can tunnel their own burrows.
Wow Ian, what a great Haiku! That’s so cool that you get to see baby bunnies in your yard! I love reading your blog posts! Love, Aunt Ashley
ReplyDeleteHey, Ian! I didn't realize that you are such a talented poet! This poem made me feel so happy. In my imagination I could see the bunnies and hear the crickets. I can't wait to see what you write next! I hope it's another poem.
